Justin Williams
General Manager
With 17 years in the flooring industry Justin started off installing epoxy floors and industrial coatings. Along the way he transitioned into the installation of all types of residential flooring. In 2018 he furthered his career by stepping into the world of commercial and residential flooring sales. His meticulous nature, hands-on experience, and knowledge of the industry inside-and-out are all pieces to the amazing experience you will have working with him on any project.
Tanya Dolan
Office Manager
Tanya is a founding member of North Idaho Decks & Interiors and serves as the companies Office Manager. She has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management from North Idaho College in Coeur D'Alene. Originally from Billings, Montana, Tanya moved up to the PNW to focus on entrepreneurship and management studies. She specializes in public relations, day to day business operations, employee training, bookkeeping, and investment opportunities.
Jean Labusohr
Sales/Design
Jean started his career in the flooring industry in 2005. He started from the ground level and worked his way into management with a reputable tile company at the wholesale level. From there he went into sales and design and has been doing so since 2018. With a deep knowledge of the installation processes, experience at various levels within the industry and an eye for design, you can be assured your project will receive the white glove treatment that it deserves.
